Colour Code reader

Check the tread's surface for the painted colour lines. The right colour and  colour position is checked continuously. A feed back to a position system is possible to correct the colour line position e.g. in case of sideward movement of the tread.

An 5000 pixel 3-Chip CCD cameras with special illuminations enables the colour recognition. Additionally the total width of the product can be measured.
