Tire Building Machine - Layer detection

An extension of the Splice Checker enables the surveillance of the tire building process. During the building process the existence of each layer is tested and a check of thickness tolerances is performed.

Optionally the system can be delivered with a PC system, which enables statistical evaluation and product specific handling and analysis of the data.
