High precise and reliable system for reproducable measurements of rubber profiles

(Tread, Sidewall, Innerliner...)

Delivered since 1992, the TriScan-offline profile measuring system contain a lot of special evaluation and display features, specially designed for the tire industry.

High precise measurements with laser sensors with laser class 2 and red laser points.

Profile thickness of up to 50mm and product width of up to 750 mm measured simultaneously by laser from the top and bottom side.

Optionally the system can be extended to measure die profiles and compare rubber and steel profile.
